What is it?
The Illinois Poor People’s Campaign is sponsoring 40 days of Moral Action in May and June, as part of the National Call for Moral Revival.
By engaging in highly publicized, non-violent moral fusion direct action, over a 6-week period in at least 30 states and the District of Columbia between May 13 and June 23, the Campaign will force a serious national examination of the enmeshed evils of systemic racism, systemic poverty, ecological devastation and the war economy.
Week 4 of 40 Days of NonViolent Moral Fusion Direct Action’s Theme is The Right to Health and a Healthy Planet: Ecological Devastation and Health Care.
If you are coming for the Rally, meet us at the Capitol at the Lincoln Statue. Stay tuned for more info throughout the week.
