Green New Deal Teach-In

What is the Green New Deal really? Too much? Not enough? A socialist revolution? Officers for Students for Environmental Concerns UIUC (SECS) will be at 2016 Lincoln Hall, on campus, on Tuesday, February 26, 7:00 pm – 8:15 pm, to answer your questions and discuss what the Green New Deal actually says. Dr. McKenzie Johnson from the NRES department will also be speaking on the social and environmental impacts of a Green New Deal. A teach-in will be held from 7:00 pm – 7:30 pm. Starting at 7:30 pm there will be a question and answer session then letter-writing and phone banking
