This meeting is an opportunity to reflect on how you have and haven’t been showing up for racial justice. Participants will work together to analyze and inspire our engaged actions, and troubleshoot what is and isn’t effective in advancing racial justice in our community. Participants will leave with clear next steps for themselves.
The meeting is Tuesday, May 28, 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm, at Unitarian Universalist Church of Urbana-Champaign, 309 W Green St, Urbana.
The event is hosted by the Champaign Urbana chapter of Showing Up for Racial Justice. CU-SURJ is working in coalition with the Racial Justice Project of the Unitarian Universalist Church of UC to advance a local multiracial movement for justice.
