Friday Forum on Reducing Gun Violence

Interested in reducing gun violence locally?  Check out how one group did it in Chicago at the Friday Forum 1/22/19, 12:00 pm, at the University YMCA. Tamar Manaseh, MASK is the featured speaker.  From the announcement:  “During the entire month of July 2015, not a single person was shot and killed on the streets Englewood neighborhood of Chicago. Many people have attributed this and an overall decrease in homicides in 2015 to Mothers Against Senseless Killings, or M.A.S.K. At Friday Forum, learn how M.A.S.K. is not only on the watch to curb neighborhood violence, but are making themselves seen and heard in the fight to end gun violence in the United States.”
